Heart2Heart Helping Hands was designed to provide companionship to individuals requiring socialization and/or minimum guidance to assure a protected environment. We offer non-medical home management services within the home of each client.

Meet Our Founder & Director
Heart2Heart was founded by Nefertiti Tate in 2014, with the mission to provide personal and intimate care for our community’s most precious residents. A native of Manatee county, Mrs. Tate had a vision to see seniors happy and living life as independently as possible in the comfort of their home setting. She combined her passion for helping and compassion for aging seniors to create a service that gives seniors quality of life and their families a peace of mind.
Nefertiti is a wife, mother, daughter, and sister. Mrs. Tate has over 30 years experience in the medical field.
Our Commitment
At Heart2Heart Helping Hands our highly trained, compassionate caregivers provide customized home care based on the individual needs and schedules of each client, allowing the client to enjoy life on their own terms. Our thorough assessment and interview process will ensure that we sustain and maintain fully qualified team members. Each Heart2Heart Helping Hands caregiver has completed a criminal background check, drug screening, and has undergone training to ensure that our clients are safe and receive high quality service.
